When Gilles Rivard of Quebec contacted me about building him a custom guitar I asked him what brought him all the way down to Georgia to find a custom made guitar. He told me he wanted something none of his friends have. He also told me he wanted some light weight and thin so it does not wear him down while he plays. Well the first thing that I told him was I have a design that not only is thin and light weight but it sounds and plays great. I sent some pictures to him and told all about my design I call the BARRACUDA. A few days later I get an e-mail from Gilles that and I quote " I woulds likes to command you to build me a custom guitars". I thought for a few minutes about it and then it hit me that he was a French Canadian. After learning to translate his e-mails because of the difference in language he sent a deposit and the rest is history and the pictures below are what came of that funny e-mail I got from my good friend Gilles Rivard. Hope you enjoy them!
